If it is about an order that already exists — where the parcel is, when the refund lands, can the address still be changed — it belongs to the retailer that took the payment. Not out of politeness: they can open your order and this desk genuinely cannot see it.

For a grinder: which model and finish you have, what you were grinding, and what it did. For the crusher, the form of the tablet matters far more than its name — coated, extended-release or plain — though the binding answer on any medication comes from a pharmacist, not from us.
