COOL KNIGHT

This is a catalog with no accounts, no basket and no checkout, so the list of what it can possibly know about you is unusually short: the address you write from, whatever you put in the message, and anonymous statistics about which pages were read. No card number has ever passed through this domain and none ever will — payment happens on the retailer’s page, under the retailer’s policy.
An email to support brings a name, an address to reply to and the contents of the question. It is kept while the conversation is useful and for a reasonable period after, in case the same machine comes up again.
Standard web statistics: browser and device type, the pages opened, roughly where in the world the request came from, and which link led here. It is aggregate by design — useful for telling a page that works from one that nobody finishes, useless for identifying a person.
The Shop Now buttons carry a tracking parameter that identifies this catalog as the referrer, which is how a commission gets attributed when a purchase follows. It tells the retailer where the visit came from; it does not tell them who you are, and what comes back to us is a count, not a customer. Nothing you type at their checkout is visible here.
The analytics provider, for the anonymous figures. Whatever the law compels, if it ever does. That is the whole list — the data is not sold, rented or traded, and there is no mailing list you can be added to without asking for it.
A copy of what is held, a correction, or deletion of the lot. Say which at [email protected] and it gets done.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards protect what is kept. Nobody can honestly guarantee that anything sent across the internet is invulnerable, and this page is not going to be the one that pretends otherwise.
